  • Plaza de Coco will be the first theatrical dining experience themed to the Disney and Pixar film, “Coco.” This theater-in-the-round entertainment venue will feature a central stage surrounded by dining tables, with performances and show effects that will spread throughout the room.

  • On the first night, the story of Miguel and his familia will continue where it left off in the film as they gather in Mariachi Plaza to take your family on a colorful, music-filled journey, including a dinner featuring modern twists on traditional Mexican fare and a lineup of live entertainment. Your family will be invited to join Miguel, his parents, Enrique and Luisa, and Abuelita Elena for a festive gathering that honors the heritage of music and love that runs deep in the Rivera family.

  • During this seven-night cruise, you will get not one, but two chances to visit this new family dining venue! During your second night at Plaza de Coco, Miguel will reunite with his great-great-grandparents, Hector and Mama Imelda, as he transports them to the town square in Santa Cecilia with the help of his magic guitar. Together, Miguel and his ancestors will celebrate Día de los Muertos – Rivera family style – with a unique lineup of memorable songs from the film.

  • Plaza de Coco will have festive dinner menus of modern twists on traditional Mexican fare and a lineup of live entertainment.

  • Fiesta on the High Seas: Be transported to the colorful plaza of Santa Cecilia during this multi-night, Coco-themed theatrical dining experience featuring the flavors of Mexico. On your first night, watch as Miguel and the town mariachis entertain with lively song and dance. Then, on the second night, behold the plaza’s transformation to a fun-filled Dia de los Muertos celebration with Mamá Coco, Abuelita and the rest of the Rivera family.

  • A Flavorful Trip to Santa Cecilia 

    • At Plaza de Coco, an array of artful dishes will transport guests to the picturesque town depicted in the Pixar Animation Studios film, “Coco.” Traditional recipes from the Rivera family’s kitchen will guide a modern menu that will capture the festive flavors of Miguel’s colorful world in a fresh new way. Everyone in the familia will gather around the table for two unique, celebratory evenings full of food and theatrical entertainment during their Disney Treasure voyage. 

    • The musical meal will begin with appetizer options to the tune of Abuelita Elena Shrimp Diabla with chili-chipotle sauce, cilantro, pickled red onion and toasted birotes, and Chorizo Street Croquettes with chili-lime crema, cotija cheese and cilantro. 

    • Tastebuds will continue to dance when entrees are served, including Luisa’s Pollo Asado, which features Michoacán citrus chicken, cilantro rice and serrano-tomatillo salsa; Enrique’s Port Wine Braised Center Cut Beef Short Rib with cheddar cheese and green onion red mash, and long green beans with crisp shallots; Pan-Seared Adobo Spiced Sea Bass with seared scallops, rainbow carrots, spinach, romanesco, peas and chimichurri sauce; a Blistered Poblano Pepper stuffed with Oaxaca cheese and green rice; and Red Capsicum and Green Parsley Grilled Snapper with fried yucca, refried beans, baby spinach and pico de gallo. 

    • Dessert will usher in the grand finale of Margarita Lime Cheesecake with a sea salt shortbread and raspberry-agave margarita coulis; Mexican Chocolate Tart with spiced chocolate crème, caramel pecan nuts and chocolate glaze; and Warm Coconut Tres Leches featuring milk-soaked coconut cake, caramel sauce and dulce de leche ice cream.
