  • As of late 2024: Guests staying in Concierge Staterooms and Suites are recommended a gratuity amount of $23.50 per night, per stateroom Guest. This includes gratuity for the assistant stateroom host, who services the Concierge accommodations, and the Concierge Lounge team, in addition to the positions listed above.

Pre-Arrival Services
Our signature Concierge services begin before you board the ship and continue throughout your vacation and beyond. Pre-reserve many of your onboard activities and services online, up to 123 days prior to your sail date. You may also inform the Concierge team of your preferences 130 days prior to sailing, and they will make the bookings on your behalf when the 123-day booking window opens. Requests will be processed in the order in which they are received.

Exclusively for Concierge Guests

As a Concierge Guest, you enjoy exclusive access to dedicated areas on the ship, including the Concierge Lounge. Located amid the Concierge Suites on Deck 12 Forward, this stylish, modern retreat allows Guests to relax in quiet comfort, sip a cocktail (during select hours), access the internet (fees may apply), watch news on the TV, and enjoy complimentary food and nonalcoholic beverages offered throughout the day.

From the Lounge, Concierge Guests can access a sun deck on Deck 13 Forward. Soak up the sun at this VIP onboard oasis and savor tranquil breezes, 2 whirlpools, a wading pool, cushioned lounge chairs, and a full bar stocked with water and refreshments.

Disney Wish Differences/Changes

  • Lunch moved from Roy side to the Walt side since the previous lines took up the Grand Hall area

  • Lounge is the biggest and forward-facing windows

    • Two hot tubes and shallow pool

    • Kitchen with minimal food

    • Nice bar area with stools and wine cart

    • The staff serves you

    • 3 coffee machines

    • Drink cart is going away and has antipasti on it also

  • Separate room service menu for concierge

  • Royal Suites get Palo in your room

    • Not a room for little kids

    • Bathrooms are fire doors so they are heavy and close quickly

  • Added a 5th host to help with all the extra concierge guests

  • You can pick your dining rotations

  • 4 hosts but 76 rooms so felt it was not personal

  • Level of service and intimacy is lacking for concierge

  • Need separate buttons when need to go to deck 13 or go to deck 11 and walk the stairs
