My Family Excursions Completed March 2023:

Dolphin & Manatee encounter at national park all-inclusive CZ50 (March 2023)

  • Feel what it's like to "ride" a dolphin as one pushes you on a boogie board or tows you along with their pectoral fins

  • $135 adult $109 child ages 5 to 9

  • Board your transportation and drive approximately 20 minutes to the home of Dolphin Discovery.

  • Receive an orientation and lifejacket before making your way to the dolphin enclosure with a marine mammal specialist. Enter the water on a submerged platform and get introduced to your new dolphin friend.

  • Be led into deeper waters where you'll be pushed by a dolphin while on a boogie board and then get pulled by its pectoral fins! Marvel at the grace and intelligence of these marine animals as they perform fast swims, high jumps and other breathtaking tricks.

  • Children under 48-inches tall will experience the Push portion (with boogie board) where the parent and child will be together as the Dolphin pushes the parent. Those under 48-inches tall will NOT participate in the Pull portion (pectoral tow), but will have an additional component that will include the parent and child.

  • Enjoy a brief encounter with manatees, the gentle giants of the sea which can span up to 13 feet long and weigh up to 1,300 pounds!

  • Conclude your approximately 40-minute program by viewing your dolphin photos before enjoying a delicious Mexican & International lunch.

  • Climb back aboard your transportation to return to the ship.

  • Absolutely loved this excursion compared to the 2022 one. Yes it is more expensive but the activities and interactions with the dolphins and manatees were outstanding. I would repeat this one again.
