The Grand Hall of the Disney Destiny will be its most striking and prominent gathering space, welcoming you to a world of epic dualities: heroes and villains, adventure and relaxation. Inspired by the rich lore, distinctive style and vibrant palette of Marvel Studios’ “Black Panther” films, the Grand Hall will be Disney Cruise Line’s kingdom on the seas.

Presiding over the Grand Hall will be a stunning statue of T’Challa, the Black Panther: King of Wakanda, devoted son and beloved brother sworn to protect his kingdom — and the Disney Destiny.

This is the first area you see when you step aboard the Disney Destiny

In order to come up with this area the Walt Disney Imagineering worked with the costume group from the Black Panther movies

Stop and take a look up at the pillars which are themed from the armor and jewelry from the movies

My favorite part is the light fixture inspired by vibranium that will change color and light up the area
