Special Event For

Disney Cruise Line Baby Cruisers

Do we have any baby cruisers setting course on DCL?

It's time for the tiniest cruisers on Disney Cruise Line to take to the mat and find out who is the fastest crawler on the high seas! This event is named after Jack-Jack, a character from Pixar's The Incredibles. The 20-foot race takes place on a specially padded mat decorated with crawling lanes in the Lobby Atrium or Hero Zone and is usually held on days at sea. The Diaper Dash is one of the most popular events when cruising with Disney, and it's not to be missed! Although there is no specific age limit, only babies in diapers are allowed to participate in the Diaper Dash. All crawling babies on board are invited to compete.

The only rules that apply are that parents are allowed to encourage their little ones from the finish line with toys or treats, but they are not allowed to scoot or slide their babies in any way. Racers must be crawlers; walkers will be disqualified. Contestants must cross the finish line to win. Winners get prizes from medals, stuffed toys and most importantly notoriety for the entire sailing.

To learn more information about this activity, make sure to check out your Disney Cruise Line Navigator App, and it will be listed as Jack Jack’s Incredible Diaper Dash. Try to get there early as this event really fills up. The cast members will run numerous events based on how many babies show up.
