Stage in the Grand Hall

  • In keeping with a Disney Cruise Line tradition, a beloved Disney character is features at the bottom of the grand staircase in the Grand Hall.

  • When families first enter the Grand Hall, they'll received a royal greeting as a golden statue of Cinderella is there to welcome aboard.

  • Each child will get a special wishing wand they can use to make the "first wish" of their vacation during a boarding celebration.

  • The Grand Hall of the Disney Wish will transform into an environmental theater, with a space that shifts from day to night, and it'll also feature a balcony where you can greet characters from afar!

  • On the final night of each sailing, guests will participate in a ceremony with the Fairy Godmother, where they will raise their wands and watch a "spectacular farewell show" with tons of Disney characters, special effects and performances.

  • The chandelier is supposed to evoke when the Fairy Godmother did Cinderella’s dress and all the magic spiraled up and changed it

  • The chandelier has 1 star at the bottom and 4 more in it to represent all the current ships in the fleet (Magic, Wonder, Dream, Fantasy)

  • Grand Hall feels larger because no midship elevators

  • Wish has different scents than other 4 ships

  • Chandelier is themed to Cinderella’s ball gown
