    • Which will be located in the Navigator’s App

  • Guests may attend one booked Character experience per cruise

    • Children under 8 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian—Guests ages 8 and up may participate without a chaperone

  • You can never be sure who you'll meet at the Royal Gathering because it will be based on which ship and Princess schedule

  • But in the past we meet multiple Disney Princesses such as Belle from Beauty and the Beast, Aurora from Sleeping Beauty, Rapunzel from Tangled, Tiana from The Princess and the Frog, Ariel from The Little Mermaid, in addition to Cinderella and Snow White.

  • A limited number of reservations may be available on the first day of your cruise.

  • Check the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app upon embarking to determine if there is availability.

    • If a specific time is unavailable, try selecting another time and/or day.

For the Royal Gathering, is it possible to link other reservations to my account and book us as a group?

  • To link reservations on the Disney Cruise Line website, simply head to the website homepage and hover over the "Already Booked" tab in the right-hand corner. From there, click "My Reservations" under the "My Disney Cruise" heading and log in to your reservation. Once logged in, find your sailing information and select "Add Reservations".

  • Alternatively, download and open the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app and sign in to your reservation. From there, click the three horizontal lines on the bottom right-hand side of the screen labeled "More". Then click "Add Reservation" right below the waving Captain Mickey.

  • For either of these options, you will need the last name and birthdate of one of the Guests in the room with which you are connecting as well as their reservation number. Once you have officially been connected in this way, you can make plans with one another.
