• Imagine a luxury penthouse – metropolitan and modern – perched high above the city – or in this case, one of several great European cities – with a panoramic view of the urban landscape below and to the horizon. That’s the chic and spectacular experience in Skyline.

• Skyline is an ever-changing venue. Throughout the evening, the views take guests on a journey to St. Petersburg, Russia; Athens, Greece; Florence, Italy; Budapest, Hungary; Paris; London and Barcelona. Tall “windows” along one wall allow guests to gaze upon a variety of magnificent cityscapes. Of course, on a ship cruising the Caribbean, it’s all “Disney fantasy.” The “windows” are seven large screens sequenced to fill a wall with a breathtaking skyline that changes from place to place.

• And as guests relax amid lustrous wood and metal finishes in this sleek “penthouse” living room complete with a digital fireplace, not just the view but also the menu changes. Signature cocktails, inspired by the Skyline cities, are infused with fresh herbs and fruits, such as Barcelona’s El Conquistador with strawberry, basil and fresh cracked pepper; the Aphrodite from Athens with thyme, coriander, rosemary, basil and mint; and Florence’s Sogno di Cioccolato with sweet cocoa, agave nectar and whipped cream.
