MCO Hyatt Ground Transfer Procedure

New process started on Sept 2023

Guests with Pre-Purchased Transfers from Hyatt Regency® Orlando International Airport

• Bell Services will begin luggage pick-up at 8:00 AM (EST) on the morning of your sailing. Please place the luggage you wish transferred to the ship inside your room near the door with Disney Cruise Line luggage tags attached. You do not need to be present for the luggage to be collected. Should you need additional Disney Cruise Line luggage tags, they may be obtained at Bell Services or the Concierge desk.

Important Reminders

• Remember to pack a day bag to carry with you that includes valuables, medication and anything you may need on the day of embarkation. Please keep all proof of citizenship, photo identification and Port Arrival form with you at all times as you will need to present these items upon arrival at the Hospitality Desk.

Time to Sail (very important and new)

• Guests are invited to meet with the Disney Cruise Line representative at the Hospitality Desk located in the lobby at the following times: 

  • Concierge Guests at 8:45 AM (EST)

  • Pearl Castaway Club Guests at 8:45 AM (EST)

  • Platinum Castaway Club Guests at 9:00 AM (EST)

  • Gold Castaway Club Guests at 9:15 AM (EST)

  • Silver Castaway Club Guests at 9:30 AM (EST)

  • All other Guests from 9:45 AM (EST) – 10:15 AM (EST)

Check In At the Hyatt (this is new and great)

• Make sure to complete the mandatory health questionnaire per stateroom

• You will need to bring:

  • Passport, or birth certificate and identification

  • Disney Band+ or Magic Bands (need to have off wrist to check in)

• Give your hotel room # and number of bags left in the room for pick up

• Will go over bringing drinks onboard and the DCL policy

• Port arrival form (paper copy or electronic copy)

• Will be assigned a time to return for pick up based on the Disney character you are assigned (see photo)

Before the pick-up time based on the Disney character you are assigned, line up or wait in the ballroom behind the DCL check in area (make to ask about this because it can change)

Bus ride to port is about 45 minutes to 1 hour with bathroom on the bus

Will play Disney movies on the way

Once at the port all you need is your port arrival form and head to security line (you will have a special line to be in since the check in process is complete)
